With our innovative Ready-To-Assembe or "knockdown" range, we can fit three times are many canes suites into a container. This means that customers can enjoy a two-thirds (67%) reduction in transportation costs which significantly increases the profitability per cane suite.
Mixed Container Deliveries
Such is the flexibility of our production facilities that we can provide mixed containers with up to six different cane models in a single container. This allows our trade clients to a larger selection of cane ranges per order without extensive warehousing facilities.
Standardised Cushions
Cushions for Ready-To-Assemble range are completely interchangeable between suites. This means that you can offer a broad range of fabrics to your clients without holding vast amounts of cushions in stock.
Quality Packaging
All Shadowfax furniture is carefully packed to a high-standard and features simple labeling with barcodes (where required) to support all types of warehousing and ePOS systems.
Colour and Finish Standardisation across Containers
Importing multiple containers can often lead to problems for buyers as colours and finishes can sometimes be different from container to container. We have a highly skilled team which ensures consistency of finish and colour matching from one container to another, allevating this type of problem.

By having our own dedicated production facilities, we can offer a scalable resource which is capable of handling all sizes of customer orders and mixed container shipments under one roof.
